J. Brown Consulting LLC is seeking experienced Site Managers with a strong background in substation work for upcoming projects. If you have 5+ years of hands-on experience in substation construction and maintenance, we want to hear from you!


Job Requirements:

5+ years of substation experience (mandatory)


Must have First Aid CPR certification (mandatory)


OSHA 30 certification (mandatory)


Ability to work on site and oversee all activities related to safety, compliance, and execution


Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with teams and clients


Pay Information:

Straight Time (ST) = $70.00 per hour


Overtime (OT) = $105.00 per hour


Mobilization = $500.00 (one-time payment)


Demobilization = $500.00 (one-time payment)


Mileage = $0.70 per mile (round trip)


Retention Bonus = $1080.00 per week


Key Responsibilities:

Manage site activities and personnel in compliance with safety regulations


Conduct daily safety briefings and site inspections


Ensure that all work is completed according to project timelines and specifications


Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, and project stakeholders


Monitor and enforce adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety policies
