Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Licensed Journeyman Industrial Electricians for an immediate start in Portage, WI!

PAY: $34-$38/hour (based upon experience)
PER DIEM: $150/day for days worked
HOURS: Shifts will be 10-hour workdays, 5 days per week (50 hours/ week)
SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday-Friday; 7:00am - 5:00pm
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: 6 months

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in an industrial setting.

Primarily using stainless steel rigid pipe.

Responsibilities:
-Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in compliance with industry standards.
-Troubleshoot electrical issues using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.
-Read and interpret blueprints to understand electrical layouts and specifications.
-Work with logic controllers to ensure proper functioning of automated systems.
-Collaborate with other tradespeople, including commercial electricians and carpenters, to complete projects.
-Ensure all work is performed according to the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
-Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years industrial or heavy commercial experience.
-Must have a valid journeyman's license.
-Experience with 480V controls is a plus.
-Experience in dairy, grain, and ethanol plants is a plus.
-Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
-Knowledge of NEC regulations and compliance standards.
-Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
-Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
