Pay: $30-$35/hour (based on experience)
Per Diem: $90.00 per work days
Hours: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week (overtime possible)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Temporary to Permanent

Electrical Foreman Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead a crew on commercial projects. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and be capable of overseeing electrical installations while also assisting with hands-on tasks, including bending and running conduit, pulling wire, and installing light fixtures. Additionally, the foreman must be proficient in wiring panels, terminating, and troubleshooting electrical systems.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Experience: Minimum 3+ years as an electrical foreman in a commercial setting.
Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and apprentices.
Planning & Execution:
Plan and lay out electrical systems, including conduit, wiring, and panels.
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine work scope and materials needed.
Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with electrical codes.
Perform final inspections and make necessary adjustments before project completion.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in pulling wire, bending and running EMT conduit.
Ability to terminate and troubleshoot electrical components.
Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.
Communication: Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and team members.
Physical & Safety Requirements:
Must be able to safely use hand and power tools and wear required PPE.
Ability to perform tasks that require standing, crouching, twisting, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
Required PPE: Steel-toe work boots, hard hat, gloves, high-visibility vest, and protective eyewear.
Must have standard electrical hand tools.

Additional Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Must have reliable transportation to the job site.
Must be willing to travel (per diem will be offered).
