-Oversees projects and programs typically under $10M, including independent planning, scheduling, and management of activities.
Leads project teams of 10+ members, often on complex, multidiscipline projects requiring strong leadership.
-Sets priorities within projects and maintains a broad understanding of all project elements within scope.
-Guides project team activities, staying informed on new technologies and industry trends relevant to assigned projects.
-Monitors project management processes and recommends improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
-Manages project budgets, working closely with finance and project controls teams.
Coordinates with other project and line managers to ensure alignment and progress.
-Coaches and mentors other project managers, stepping in for supervisors or managers as needed.
-Recognized as highly skilled in all aspects of project management, particularly large-scale, complex multidiscipline projects.
-Demonstrates strong ability to mentor and lead others effectively.
