responsible for collecting, verifying, analyzing, and reporting the physical progress of construction work. Using issued-for-construction engineering drawings, the Quantity Surveyor will perform quantity takeoffs for each discipline (Piping, Mechanical, Civil, Structural) as needed to support the established project breakdown structures. They will conduct regular field walkthroughs to measure installed quantities and apply standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to complete EVM tasks, ensuring that project controls and construction management efforts are supported accurately and on time.
