Oversee and coordinate the CMG scope for WTG/TP with the contractor, package teams, and project stakeholders.
Frequently visit the work site to manage, coordinate, and report on commissioning activities.
Ensure commissioning teams comply with HSE programs, project specifications, and contract requirements.
Lead daily coordination meetings with all stakeholders involved in commissioning activities.
Track the progress of the commissioning schedule and provide updates to the scheduling team.
Manage the process of reviewing and delivering documentation, such as reports, plans, and As-Builts.
Oversee and coordinate the Owner LOTO isolations, related documentation, and planning.
Supervise, coordinate, and authorize energization activities for both high and low voltage equipment.
Supervise, coordinate, and approve all work on an energized WTG.
Develop, update, review, and approve plans, procedures, and certification documentation.
Represent the Owner by witnessing, inspecting, auditing, conducting walkdowns, and accepting completed work.
