Oversee and coordinate the CMG scope of WTG/TP with the contractor, package teams, and project stakeholders.
Regularly visit work sites to manage, coordinate, and report on commissioning activities.
Ensure commissioning teams adhere to HSE programs, project specifications, and contract requirements.
Lead daily coordination meetings with all stakeholders involved in commissioning activities.
Monitor progress on the commissioning schedule and provide updates to the scheduling team.
Manage and review the process for deliverable documentation, including reports, plans, and As-Builts.
Oversee and coordinate Owner LOTO isolations, related documentation, and planning.
Supervise, coordinate, and authorize the energization of both high and low voltage equipment.
Oversee and authorize all work activities related to energized WTG.
Draft, update, review, and approve plans, procedures, and certification documentation.
Represent the Owner in witnessing, inspecting, auditing, walkdowns, and final work acceptance.
