We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Estimator with a strong background in the material handling industry to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote position, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate project cost estimates, specifically focusing on electrical conveyor installations. Your expertise will help drive project success and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop accurate and competitive electrical estimates for material handling and conveyor installation projects.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and related documents to determine scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to ensure accurate material and labor cost assessments.
• Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Utilize estimating software and tools to compile and present cost breakdowns.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, material costs, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the material handling industry, with a strong focus on conveyor installations.
• In-depth understanding of electrical systems, components, and installation processes.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with estimating software
