Job Title: Commissioning Specialist
Location: Washington, DC 20004 (Hybrid)
Duration: 4 Months, extension possible based on needs and performance

Hybrid work location position; requires travel 80-90% of the time with 2-weeks+ between visits home

Summary:

The Commissioning Specialist will support Client internal and external stakeholders by coordinating, and delivering commissioning services throughout the facility planning, design, construction, warranty, and performance phases of the project.
The Commissioning Specialist will apply technical expertise to deliver technical solutions to complex problems.
Looking for someone with 5+ years in the field experience with HVAC and controls and commissioning experience for commercial/industrial HVAC projects
Experience with functional and operational testing along with QC checks.
As the assignment progresses, there will be as much as 80-90% travel
No degree is necessary
Manager is flexible on home location for the candidate, as the work is throughout the lower 48 states
Project safety requirements as needed.
PPE, safety glass, work boots, high vis vest.
HVAC and Building controls knowledge.
Computer proficiency- Microsoft application
Candidate will need to send in a very detailed daily report to detail what they worked on each day, etc.
