Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of design experience of industrial and/or commercial structural engineering
- Experience with analyzing steel connections.
- Professional Engineering registration is a plus, but not required.
- Proficient with MathCAD and STAAD Pro Working knowledge with ANSYS - --
- Working knowledge of AISC, ASCE, ACI codes
- Design experience in transmission structures is a plus, but not required. -
- Computer skills to be proficient with standard office software applications.
- Interpersonal skills sufficient to build working relationships with peers, internal customers and the general public.
- Time management skills sufficient to manage multiple projects with various priorities and competing deadlines.
- Written and verbal communication skills sufficient to satisfactorily complete project documentation and to function effectively in a team environment.

Work Location(s):
This position must work onsite for training (approx. 1 month) in Birmingham, after that candidates can work fully remote
