Client: First Energy
Roles Needed: Commissioning Engineers (For clarity, TRC calls these folks Commission Engineers but clients/others call them Startup Coordinators) only First Energy calls them Startup Coordinators and only on this project. My point is, if you search for startup coordinators, you not gonna find anything. Search for Commissioning Engineers.
