This position will be located in Cheshire, OH. The selected candidate will be responsible for the schedule leadership for the project and will work closely with the project management team, and the prime contractor.
The selected candidate will generate written and verbal reports and presentations directed to management and customers that describe cost and schedule status, identify and resolve complex issues, and train and mentor junior staff and Control Account Managers (CAMs).
Develop, maintain, and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), using Primavera P6.
Work closely with the prime contractor ensuring schedule integration with the project IMS.
Maintain the schedule baseline and incorporate schedule changes.
Perform Critical Path Analysis to include working closely with the prime contractor to develop monthly project critical paths.
Development and implement scheduling standards and procedures.
Review monthly input to EVMS for quality/accuracy.
Perform schedule health assessments.
Coordinate budget and scope changes with the Cost Analyst; verify cost and schedule integration.
Coordinate and conduct schedule review meetings with CAMs and Project Management.
Support proposal efforts with schedule development.
Assist with updating the SDD procedures where appropriate/related to the schedule.
Import monthly schedule into Deltek Cobra (cost processor).
Qualifications:
5+ years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience
Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
DoD/DOE or any other government contracting experience, ANSI/EIA 748 experience is highly preferred
