Seeking multiple Field Supervisors for future work in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas.

The Field Inspector (transmission) will be engaged in projects for the construction of substations and transmission lines including the final commissioning and closeout phases.

Field Supervisor (Distribution)
Provide Field Supervisor/Construction Management services to oversee the construction of overhead and underground distribution to include, but not limited to the installation/replacement/removal of: poles, conductor, reclosers, underground cable, transformers, switches, disconnects, air-breaks, cross arms, anchors, as well as various other components of the distribution system, final return and inventory of materials.

Below is list of activities the Field Supervisor may be involved in throughout the life cycle of a project from initiation to final commissioning and closeout.
� Participate as a member of project teams to assist others in the development of project scope, project cost estimate, project schedule.
� Participate on site field / scope visits
� Assist Construction Manager (CM) and Construction Engineer (CE) in developing schedule including critical paths
� Assist CM and CE in developing detailed construction plans and identify outage requirements to implement new facilities.
� Perform daily safety observations/hazard analysis, monitor contract crew members, monitor skills abilities of contractors for task.
� Perform quality assurance checks during construction
