As the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Superintendent, you'll oversee field operations on designated projects, ensuring safe, timely, and profitable completion. This involves planning, organizing, and supervising construction activities, including high voltage transmission lines, substation equipment, and related structures.

Your responsibilities encompass:

- Supervising construction efforts, emphasizing safety, productivity, and contractual compliance.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- Collaborating with project management to develop procedures and standards.
- Managing procurement requests and field design changes.
- Ensuring project safety and compliance through regular audits and documentation.
- Providing daily reports and monitoring construction progress.
- Assessing future work activities and addressing concerns.
- Developing as-built drawings and responding to RFIs.
- Directing subcontractors to meet project schedules and quality standards.
- Verifying material specifications and coordinating equipment setup.
- Overseeing welder qualifications and system testing.
- Managing punch lists and ensuring adherence to project scope.
- Supervising craft teams and site resources.
- Maintaining compliance with company policies and standards.

Requirements include:
- Bachelor's Degree with 7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience with an Associate Degree or High School Diploma/GED.
- Strong communication, leadership, and safety skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Meet driving requirements.
Per Diem included, as well as company fleet truck
