360X Staffing is hiring for Riggers that have experience in a shipyard setting. work will be a minimum of 8 weeks working 50+ hours a week. MUST be willing to work at least 50 hours. Per Diem will be offered.

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Rigger to support ship repair operations by safely moving and positioning heavy loads using rigging techniques.

Responsibilities include:
Inspecting and selecting rigging gear
Attaching loads to cranes/hoists and guiding movements
Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and load limits
Collaborating with crane operators and shipwrights

Requirements:
Experience as a Rigger in ship repair or maritime industries
Proficiency in rigging techniques and equipment operation
Knowledge of industry regulations and load calculations
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Working Days: Monday- Friday
Working Hours: 50
