$160.00 Per Diem Offered, if Eligible
Local to the area - $40.00 Per Hour
Sign on Bonus

Experience:
Minimum of five years of on-the-job experience, demonstrated knowledge of blueprint reading, ship terminology and different metals. Good burning, welding and craftsmanship skills. Must pass a hands-on assessment test.

Job Task:
- Welds parts in position for fabrication of vessels, tanks or other structural assemblies.
- Uses carbon electrodes to cut, shape and groove metal
- May prepare workplace for welding by clearing/or preheating
- Examines weld sizes of weld beads
- Cleans weld area; sweeps and removes scrap.
- Other job duties as may be assigned relevant to the trade.
