Location: Newport News, VA

Wages:
Up to $50 Per Hour
$120.00 Per Diem Offered, if eligible

Experience:
Must have a minimum of 5 years commercial/naval experience to be considered.

Required Skills:
Multi Pass. All positions fillet and butt welds using the SMAW Process
Ability to fuse inserts and weld carbon steel, stainless steel and copper nickel pipe using SMAW and GTAW processes.
Ability to mirror weld using the SMAW and STAW processes.
Heating - Oxygen/Propane Heating Torch
Ability to properly use fillet gauges, butt gauges and a six-inch scale.
Performance test Required.

Applicants that do not have the required skills or experience will not be considered.

Welding Qualifications:
1. All positions using the SMAW and GTAW processes.
2. Thin wall sockets (Required for below 0.187 wall joints)

Must successfully pass a background check and hair follicle drug test.
Must be able to work any shift and overtime if required.
