We are partnering up with a Civil Construction Contractor who is hiring an immediate Safety Professional to support a utility close a 70+ acre Ash Pond project in Chester, VA. They need a safety professional onsite ideally April 14th 2025.

Duration: At min 5+ months onsite 70 acre ash pond project in Chester, VA. Opportunity to get extended and brought on permanent with client
Pay: $50/hour
Per Diem: $130/day x�s 7 days + GSA mileage for initial mobilization & demobilization (if applicable) upon successful completion of assignment
Start Date: ASAP, ideally 4/14 or 4/21
Hours: 60+ per week (will get paid time and half on overtime)

Position Details:
Client is contracted directly a large utility company to close a 70+ acre ash pond. This candidate will be responsible for performing safety inspections, audits, and reports on site. They will be given a laptop and onsite vehicle to travel throughout the facility. Candidate will be reporting directly to the director of safety to report on audits and daily activity.

Qualifications:
� Minimum of 5 years of safety experience and an active OSHA 500, CHST or CSP
� Ideally has previous experience on utility ash pond closure projects OR industrial construction/heavy civil experience
