** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced Merchandise Sales Consultant to fill a three-year assignment in the Anniston, Alabama area.

This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.

Job Description:

This is a Floating position.
� This role involves reporting daily to our larger stores, traditionally staffed with two sales consultants.
� Provide flexible support across multiple locations including Anniston, Talladega, Pell City, Roanoke, Clay County, and Oak Grove.
� The Floater will assist sales consultants, with writing sales and support day-to-day business activities such as inventory management, price tagging, ISTs, and floor maintenance.
� The key aspect of this role is the ability to move between locations without being tied to a sales quota in a single location.

Key Responsibilities:
� Assist full-time sales consultants in large stores.
� Write orders in sales system while allowing full-time consultants to receive volume and commission.
� Support daily business activities including inventory management, price tagging, ISTs, and floor maintenance.
� Fill in for sales consultants on sick leave, vacation, or during professional development opportunities.
Primary Location:

Anniston, with additional support in Talladega, Pell City, Roanoke, Clay County, and Oak Grove offices.

� Proven experience in sales or a related field.
� Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
� Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
� Flexibility to travel and work in multiple locations.
� Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
