Job Responsibilities
� Monitor and evaluate equipment performance to identify potential issues or failures.
� Collect and analyze condition-based data, including:
o Vibration readings
o Oil samples
o Infrared thermography
o Motor testing
� Use this data to assess plant equipment condition.
� Utilize Maximo to:
o Record and track CBM examinations
o Maintain maintenance recommendations
o Document equipment assessments and case histories
� Provide maintenance and operational guidance within area of expertise.
� Communicate with Plant Management and work groups regarding:
o Equipment conditions
o Maintenance repairs
o Replacements and modifications
o Project and repair schedules
� Build and maintain relationships with key vendors.
� Gather and analyze acceptance data for new or rebuilt equipment.

Job Requirements
Education & Experience
� Two-year technical degree preferred.
� OR Four years of prior maintenance, operations, or similar industrial experience.
Certifications & Skills
� Preferred: Category I or II Vibration Analyst Certification.
� Considered: Knowledge or certification in:
o Oil Analysis
o Infrared Thermography
o Motor Testing
� Proficiency in working with a wide range of electronic field equipment and tools.
Technical & Analytical Skills
� Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
� Preferred software knowledge:
o Microsoft Excel
o Microsoft Word
o OIS
o Maximo
