Expenses: Full expenses
R&R: Once every month for a long weekend home
Hours: 40 plus. Overtime pay after 40 hrs in a week.

The site Contract Manager supports the project and construction team on all site-related contractual issues during the construction and commissioning phase of a state-of-the-art, high-efficiency gas-fired power plant. They identify potential delays, claims, and changes at an early stage and subsequently collect and document all relevant information to ensure successful claim and change management with subcontractors and customers. The Site Contract Manager works closely with all functions based at the site and with selected functions at headquarters to build claim files and prepare and conduct negotiations with relevant third parties (customers, partners, subcontractors, and suppliers). �This role involves supporting the project and construction team on all site-related contractual issues during the construction and commissioning of a high-efficiency gas-fired power plant. Responsibilities include identifying and managing potential delays, claims, and changes, negotiating with third parties, and ensuring compliance with contract terms. The candidate must have at least five years of relevant experience, preferably in the power industry, and a knowledge level equivalent to a master�s degree or relevant experience. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential.

�Responsibilities include managing subcontractor agreements, tracking contract milestones, preparing claims and change orders, and maintaining detailed project documentation. The role also requires coordination with project leadership and various site disciplines to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
