Job Description
** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced Customer Care Representative to fill a 21 month assignment in the Montgomery, Alabama area.

This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.

Rates: $15.00 - $18.00

Bilingual candidates (especially Spanish) are strongly preferred.
Manages large volume of incoming phone calls.
Generate sales leads.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Provides accurate, valid, and complete customer information.
Meets service team sales targets and call management quotas.
Manages customer complaints.
Provides appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Follows up ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions.
Files documents.
Follows communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
