Title: Senior Construction Manager

Scope: Consists of 2 co-located 1x1 combined cycle generation units, a total of approximately 1,473 MW. Each combined cycle unit will utilize advanced class combustion turbine generators (CTGs), fully fired heat recovery steam generators (HRSGs), steam turbine generators (STGs), air-cooled condensers (ACCs), and associated substation/switchyard and transmission lines.

Construction Manager � Power Generation
Role: Act as the Owner�s representative, overseeing construction, commissioning, and startup of a large-scale power project, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Ensure execution aligns with contracts, regulations, and safety standards.
Onsite Leadership: Start in Bismarck, ND (2025), then transition to the project site. Travel required.
Safety & Compliance: Lead HSE adherence, audits, and regulatory compliance.
Stakeholder Coordination: Manage Owner, EPC, contractors, and vendors to resolve design, procurement, and construction issues.
Contracts & Budget: Develop contract strategy, oversee costs, mitigate risks, and validate payments.
Commissioning & Startup: Ensure a seamless transition to operations.
Qualifications:
12+ years managing large-scale power plant construction (preferably combined cycle).
Expertise in EPCM, contracts, procurement, scheduling (Primavera P6), and HSE standards.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
PMP, OSHA Safety Training preferred.
