** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced Merchandise Sales Consultant to fill a one- year assignment in the Birmingham, AL (metro) area.
This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.

Assignment Location Note: This is a floating position. The selected candidate will provide flexible support across multiple locations including Metro Birmingham Area. Primary Location: - Tuscaloosa with additional support in Northport, Reform, Centreville, Fayette, Demopolis, Haleyville
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to travel and work in multiple locations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist full-time sales consultants in large stores.
Write orders in sales system while allowing full-time consultants to receive volume and commission.
Support daily business activities including inventory management, price tagging, ISTs, and floor maintenance.
Fill in for sales consultants on sick leave, vacation, or during professional development opportunities.
This role involves reporting daily to our larger stores, traditionally staffed with two sales consultants.
The Floater will assist sales consultants with writing sales
The key aspect of this role is the ability to move between locations without being tied to a sales quota in a single location.
