APS Solutions client is currently looking for a Maintenance Manager at a power plant in the Midwestern region of the United States for 5 Months starting March 24th.

Job Description:
Experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of a power generation facility.
Ensuring the reliable and efficient performance of the critical energy infrastructure.
In this Maintenance Manager role, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled maintenance technicians, coordinating all maintenance activities, and optimizing the overall performance and lifespan of the facility's equipment. This will include tasks such as planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance, managing inventory and procurement, and ensuring compliance with all relevant
safety and regulatory standards.

Will also be responsible for maintaining adequate inventory of materials, parts, tools, etc., and will work with client's procurement team to satisfy any deficiencies from a plant readiness standpoint.

Skills Needed:
Strong background in maintenance management, with hands-on experience working with power generation equipment.
Your ability to analyze data, develop maintenance strategies, and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential. A proven track record of leading high- performing maintenance teams is also highly desired.
