System One is currently seeking a Project Controls Manager (Scheduling) on a 3 month contract position for a Large Spring Outage located in Hermiston, OR.

• Attend daily outage meeting to get schedule updates from folks doing the work
• Partner with Outage Manager to work through gaps, make sure schedules are filed appropriately on MS TEAMS.
• Work with Outage team to modify outage schedule as need arises
• Notify Outage Manager if outage end date slips
• Prepare schedule packages that denote critical path work, as well 3-day look ahead schedule packages organized by work scope
• Notify Outage Manager if errors in the schedule are discovered, work to resolve with onsite team
• During the Outage, work is accomplished on site during business hours, M-F on site during the Outage, and weekend work may be required off site.
