R&R: Once every month for a long weekend home

Hours: 40 plus. Overtime pay after 40 hrs in a week.

This role involves supporting the project and construction team on all site-related contractual issues during the construction and commissioning of a high-efficiency gas-fired power plant. Responsibilities include identifying and managing potential delays, claims, and changes, negotiating with third parties, and ensuring compliance with contract terms. The candidate must have at least five years of relevant experience, preferably in the power industry, and a knowledge level equivalent to a master�s degree or relevant experience. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities include managing subcontractor agreements, tracking contract milestones, preparing claims and change orders, and maintaining detailed project documentation. The role also requires coordination with project leadership and various site disciplines to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
