We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Administrator to provide advanced support to the contracts management team. With 6-10 years of experience, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient administration, compliance, and negotiation of various contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts, and other legal documents.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Administration & Compliance:
• Independently review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain meticulous records of contracts, amendments, and related documents.
• Monitor and track contract milestones, deliverables, and obligations, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Negotiation:
• Work closely with legal, procurement, and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and resolve discrepancies.
• Take a lead role in complex contract negotiations and amendments, demonstrating expertise in contract law and legal terminology.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior contracts administrators, supporting their professional development.
Process Improvement & System Management:
• Contribute to the enhancement of contract management systems and databases to optimize efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in contract administration and workflow automation.
Qualifications & Skills:
• 6-10 years of experience in contract administration, negotiation, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and contract management software.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
