We are working with a Refinery in Laurel, MT that is looking to hire an I&E Planner with Refinery Project experience to join their team for the next year and half

Details:
� Pay is competitive hourly rate + overtime offered
� Per diem 120/day X 7 + 1 paid trip home a month
� Home trips 1x per month (4 day weekend)
� Duration is 12+ months, opportunity to get extended will start April 2025
� Onsite Refinery in Laurel, MT supporting 2026 Outage

I&E Planner Responsibilities
� Aid in meeting all planning milestones
� Audit job kits for completion and proper storage location.
� Provide detailed work packages to contractors and contractor coordinators
� Aid in Work Scope Collection Process
� Document planning requirements and adhere to planning quality guidelines
� Work with operations and engineering to define cleanliness criteria and guidelines
� Set expectations for interface with supporting technical disciplines (level of written communications on scope, meeting routine, etc.)
� Create detailed Job Step out and build work packages
� Participate in contractor mobilization plans
� Document equipment bills of materials (BOM's) and order materials
� Aid in instrumentation specifications and data sheet gathering
� Aid in temporary power planning, coordination with Logistics team
� Aid in Control valve plans & specifications
� Aid in scope risk assessment
� Aid in work package reviews
� Review schedule with contractors
� Incorporate scope changes into work packages
