** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced Engineer to fill a nine-month assignment in the Juliette, GA area.

This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.

Rates: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
Per diem is available if you qualify.

PPE Requirements: Hard hat, Safety footwear, Safety glasses, Ear plugs, Safety vest, Gloves

Requires 7-10 years of related experience and an accredited bachelors degree.

Responsible for applying engineering processes, design criteria, and software applications to design and construct power related systems.
Supports estimate preparation, develops design options, and prepares construction specifications.
Provide guidance, oversight, and quality assurance reviews for approved contractors as they develop design solutions, cost estimates, and construction packages.
Understanding the processes used for planning, design, operation, construction, and maintenance
Understanding the functions and activities of various internal departments involved in design, construction, and maintenance
Understanding design practices and work processes, using all software applications used in design, understanding industry and Company design standards
Supporting design standard and criteria development for the system
Supporting construction and maintenance teams during day-to-day operations
Estimating material for projects, transmitting construction packages and supporting specifications.
