NAES Staffing Services is looking for Control Room Operators to work in Fallon, NV on a 6-12 month contract position. This position pays $52/hr plus per diem ($178 daily) and looking for operators to start in January. Prior experience working in waste to energy, biomass or geothermal plants is REQUIRED. The plant has a manual 80s vintage geothermal steam turbine with Triconex controls system. They are looking for operators with experience working with these types of turbines.

The site is very remote and you will take a plane to and from the facility out of a regional airport in California. The facility also has a man camp onsite if that is preferable.

Shifts will consist of working 12hour days, 7 days a week. Days off (if needed) can be coordinated with the manager.

This position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of power plant and all associated equipment in accordance with procedures, guidelines, and operating directives in effect. Perform multi-skilled operational tasks. Has the ability to perform all operational duties associated with the power plant.
