** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to fill a part-time two- year assignment in the Calera, AL area.

This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.

Rate of pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Requirements:
This is a part-time, onsite position. Working days will be Wednesday and Thursday of each week. (8-hr or 10-hr days)
Entering and amending time for 30-40 employees every other week in Oracle
Entering and processing expenses for 30-40 employees
Coordinating meetings, including managing calendars, logistics, agendas, and set-up
Supporting organization of company events
Supporting invoicing and reconciliation process for contractors
Preparing and editing documents, reports, presentations, emails, etc.
Maintaining and organizing business records
Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Communicates tactfully and professionally
