Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the Grid Investment Construction (GIC) team as assigned.
Invoice Auditing & Reconciliation: Handle invoice auditing and reconciliation for Grid Investment programs to ensure accuracy.
Coordination with Contractors & Inspectors: Work closely with GIC contractors and inspectors to ensure that invoices are supported by the proper documentation.
Monthly Accruals: Prepare monthly accruals for Grid Investment programs.
Project Data & Metrics Analysis: Participate in reviewing and analyzing project data, including production reports and status updates as needed.
Expense Tracking & Budget Management: Track project expenses and assist with budget management efforts.
Documentation Organization: Assist in organizing construction-related documentation.
Contract Administration: Support the Team Leader in contract administration tasks.
Qualifications:

Construction Experience: Prior experience in construction project management or construction administration is required.
Microsoft Excel: Intermediate (or greater) proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
Preferred Experience:
CAMP experience is a plus.
JETS experience is a plus.
Fiber experience is a plus.
Distribution experience is a plus.
Utility experience is a plus.
