Combined Cycle Operations Consultant / Manager

Project/Work Scope:This is part time (25, maybe 30 hrs a week)

Position Details: "This position will report directly to the plant manager. Prior Combined cycle operations management preferred

Assist leadership with daily tasks, project management, and strategic initiatives.

Oversee employee scheduling and resource allocation.

Manage member relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Drive sales efforts by closing new memberships and engaging with current members.

Monitor and optimize fulfillment processes for timely delivery of services.

Develop and implement operational workflows for efficiency."

Desired Qualifications / Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must have prior Combined cycle plant experience.
Prior Combined cycle operations management preferred.

Physical Requirements: Able to lift 50 lbs.
