The Startup Operator Team will serve as the senior operators on shift. They are responsible for all operational aspects of this 1,100 MW combined cycle plant, including personnel and equipment safety during their shift. The Startup Operators ensure the proper start-up and operation of the gas turbine, and balance of plant equipment from the distributed control system. The Operators also make rounds to inspect plant equipment and take critical readings.
