Job Description: Industrial Electrician


Titan Controls is seeking a versatile and experienced Industrial Electrician to join our productive team for a long duration assignment.


The successful candidate will be local (Port Arthur/Sabine Pass, Texas area), have experience in an industrial setting, and have a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Industrial Electrician.


Job Summary/Objective:

The main function of the Industrial Electrician is to ensure that all industrial electrical systems remain operational and conform to safety and regulatory requirements.


This role not only involves routine maintenance and repair, but also planning and implementing installations and upgrades for our electrical systems.


Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and need for adjustments or repair.

Locate and diagnose malfunction in electrical systems or equipment using test instruments such as oscilloscopes, ammeters, or voltmeters.

Plan and implement electrical system upgrades and installations.

Be available for overtime and call outs.


Qualifications:

High School diploma/GED

Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Industrial Electrician

HCCER Certification preferred

GE Multiline/Protection Relay experience preferred.

Must have current TWIC or be able to renew ASAP.


Salary and Benefits:

Competitive pay package up to 40$/hr commensurate with experience.
