12-18 month contract. w2 hourly pay + 1.5x OT + per diem + health benefits + Mob/DeMob
Summary
This position will be responsible for building the Anacortes Refinery's instrument Mechanical Integrity work practices and process. Auditing of and adjusting our current maintenance plans, processes, and listings to comply with Company Mechanical Integrity Standards. This position will work to correctly categorize instruments, audit, adjust, and create maintenance work plans. This person should be competent and familiar with refinery maintenance practices and require minimal oversite.
Responsibilities
Audit Current Mechanical Integrity listed Instruments for accuracy.
Utilize internal software suites to categorize and prioritize instrument equipment (SAP, APM, Reliability Enterprise Database (RED), SLM, OpenText (document and information management software)).
Create and/or adjust maintenance plans according to corporate standards.
Ensure proper procedures are assigned in maintenance plans.
Assist site specialist with instrument testing procedure updates as needed.
Interact with various teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with processes.
Preferred experience
Familiar with SAP, APM, Cause & Effects matrices, and P&IDs.
Experience with planning and performing instrumentation maintenance in an industrial setting.
Proficient with Microsoft Suites.
Minimum of 5 years' experience working with industrial instrumentation.
