Mech tech basic-16-17$
Mech tech intermediate(past experience with reconditioning of heat exchangers 2-3 years)-19-22$
Mech tech Advanced(past experience with reconditioning of heat exchangers 6-8 years)-23-26$ this also we would need leadership experience.

Have experience with each below is a plus:

Basic hand tools knowledge & experience
NDT Level 1 experience a plus
Mechanical experience-assembly & disassembly heavy machineries
Torquing experience or certifications
Forklift, Overhead crane operations experience
