A 1 or 2 Administrative Asst. 1 or 2 to fill a 15 month plus assignment in the Calera, AL area.
Part- Time position for8- 10 hour shifts on Wed and Thursday report in at the Building.
This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.

DESCRIPTION
This Administrative Asst role will be responsible for providing general office support functions for the Transmission Line Construction organization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, timekeeping for multiple groups, expense report processing, invoice processing, meeting coordination/logistical support, and office supply management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Experience providing administrative asst including the following:
o Timekeeping and entry
o Expense processing
o Invoice processing
o Coordination of meeting logistics
o Managing office supply orders
o General office support
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Proven record of safe work habits
Strong organizational skills
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Office, Excel, Word, iOS, etc.)
Ability to multitask and manage conflicting deadline
Effective communication skills with ability to communicate with diverse groups.
