Looking for a candidate to take on the role of Construction Manager for a Manufacturing facility in the Midwest. The project consists of taking an existing 785,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility and converting it into a renewable components manufacturing facility. Project completion date is end of 2026.

Site based CM

Advanced Expertise on Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing systems;  Process Piping a big plus

Good awareness/capabilities of PM level responsibilities.
