Advantage Labor is looking for a Balance Technician for rotating equipment. This project is located in Greenwood IN. Must be able to sets up and operates test stands and related equipment as required. As well as set up and balances rotating equipment using approved balancing methods as required.

You must meet the following requirements:

- 3+ years’ experience

- Valid Identification (ID) and Social Security

- Current TWIC

- Current Basic Plus

- Own hand tools

- Pass drug test check

- Pass background check

Sets up and operates test stands and related equipment as required.
Sets up and balances rotating equipment using approved balancing methods as required.
Record written test results on appropriate test documents Follow the quality plan per job to repair product Diagnoses checks and correct mechanical functions through adjustments, using various tools and approved repair methods.
Moves material inside shop as needed. Recognizes and communicates the need for replenishment of supplies, tools, need repair parts and other facility needs to supervision in a timely manner.
Keeps work area and surrounding equipment clean and organized.
Pay will depend on experience.
