ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Assist with development of construction bid packages, bid walks, and evaluation of contractor bids.
-Oversee work of construction contractors.
-Assist the construction contractors with work permits as required.
-Coordinate with inspection department.
-Responsible for construction related RFI’s.
-Responsible for conducting PSSR.
-Responsible for verifi cation of contractors’ change orders.
-Review and approve contractors’ entries in Track.
-Collect and review project turn over documentation from contractors.
-Assist in as-built engineering
-Supervise the daily work of construction coordinators.
-80% of job role will be in the field. 20% office.
