Position Description • Support electrical engineering deliverables in build projects • Support consolidating overall analysis, proposing recommendations in areas of improvement and implement solutions to improve performance and identify acceptable risk tolerance for build projects • Ensuring consistent compliance of electrical engineering standards, policies, and procedures with regulatory standards and alignment with Cargill’s global and regional standards on build projects • Contribute to safety and engineering recommendations to enhance performance, cost, efficiency, and schedule • Support multiple capital projects at once • Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field • Minimum of seven years of related work experience • Professional Engineering License is required • Experience with Process Industry Practices (PIP) is preferable. • Strong Knowledge of IEEE, NEC, and NEMA codes and standards • Experience with Electrical Power Systems • Technical gap assessment and solution identification • Ability to work in a remote environment with virtual teams
