Job Description
Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is currently looking for Project Controls Lead to fill a 4 - 6-month assignment in the Phoenix, AZ area.
Industrial

1. Scope - fab and install 3" and under stainless steel piping
2. Contract Style - MSA with Purchase Order approach
3. First group of Purchase Orders should be around $5mm, producing a duration of ~4 to 6 months
4. Total Duration possible of multi-year long term construction. This is the second half of the first building, with 6 total buildings, each taking 3 years to build.
5. Position needed - Project Controls lead with 10+ years of experience, heavy industrial construction.

Project controls scope is fairly straight forward - need to be Microsoft Project proficient (P6 is a +but not required), and be able to produce cost, schedule, productivity updates, and projections.
Bonus would be contract administration - deliverables, interface with invoicing on % complete
Project controls technical requirements are not complex; however, the client has complex communication skills, professionalism, ability to produce professional reports (with help of course) will be essential.
