ReNuke Services is seeking a DATA ENTRY ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for our client's site in LIVERMORE, CA - ON SITE - 6 -12 MONTHS

As a Data Entry Clerk supporting the RSO (Radiation Safety Officer), you will be responsible for efficiently inputting, updating, and maintaining data related to security operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience on job sites with radioactive concerns, preferably within the DOE complexes, but other experience such as powerplant, Superfund, decommissioning will be treated as comparable as well as Jr RCT or Sr. RCT experience.

Local Candidates Preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Input, update, and maintain information in a shared team database using Microsoft Access
- Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with the RSO and team to address any discrepancies or missing information.
- Assist in the creation of reports and presentations based on the entered data.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role.
- Experience in a radiological environment or radiological knowledge preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products: Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or related field is a plus.

Pay Range - $20-29 Hourly
