QA Manager needed for long term, part time and remote work. Some travel required.
This job provides quality assurance program development and implementation support including: development and evaluation of quality assurance procedures and instructions; Quality assurance oversight activities including
internal and external surveys, audits, surveillances, and assessments; and interface with the organizations performing activities affecting quality.

MINIMUM SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES: A minimum of a B.S. or B.A degree. A technical degree is preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of experience associated with development and/or implementation of nuclear quality assurance programs as a QA Mgr. Commercial nuclear plant experience or work in the nuclear field is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in quality oversight. Previously certified Lead Auditor in a NQA-1 or 10 CFR 50 Appendix B. Experience working with ASME BPVC Section III programs is a plus.
Industry Requirements: Eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810.
Overall Job Knowledge and Performance: Understanding of quality assurance concepts, principles, and theories.
Skills: Technical writing skills. Good communication, computer, presentation and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organization skills and ability to manage complex projects with multiple work phases.
