Meridian Services Group is hiring Project Managers to support a client in New Mexico. These positions are at least a 1-year commitment, and they offer excellent pay, per diem, and access to company benefits!

Scope of Services
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the following services:
Project Planning - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Develop a detailed project plan, including work breakdown structure (WBS), timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. - Establish clear project roles and responsibilities for team members.
Project Execution - Direct project teams in the execution of tasks according to the project plan. - Manage day-to- day operations, ensuring efficient resource utilization and task completion. - Oversee the procurement and allocation of project resources, materials, and services.
Risk Management - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize project disruptions. Regularly update the risk register and report critical risks to leadership.
Stakeholder Management - Act as the primary point of contact for the client and other key stakeholders.
Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. - Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs through a formal change management process.
Project Monitoring & Control - Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Track project milestones, deliverables, and resource utilization. Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure proper project governance. Implement corrective actions when necessary to keep the project on track.
Project Reporting - Generate weekly and monthly progress reports, detailing project metrics, performance, and issues. Present project updates to senior management and stakeholders. Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Project Closeout - Complete all closeout activities, including final deliverables, project documentation, and lessons learned. Ensure proper handover of project results and documentation to operations or the client. Facilitate post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for future improvement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The success of the Senior Project Manager will be measured by the following KPIs: On-time delivery of project milestones and final completion. Adherence to project budget and financial forecasts. Stakeholder satisfaction and feedback scores. Effective risk management and mitigation success rate. Quality of project deliverables as measured against defined standards.
