Role Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate various training materials using Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) processes.
- Reinforce industrial safety standards by modeling management expectations within classroom settings.
- Ensure that all lessons incorporate key performance measures along with stringent adherence to site-specific protocols including ALARA principles.

Desired Skills & Experience:
SRO/RO Certification: Ideal candidates will possess either current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) Certificate or RO/SRO license which denotes advanced operational proficiency of reactor systems.
INPO Instructional Capabilities: An INPO instructor certificate is preferred showcasing abilities aligned with industry best practices for creating effective learning environments
Adult Learning Strategies: Proven ability handling adult education scenarios specially focused on technical subjects relevant in nuclear operations contextually enhanced by evidence-based teaching methodologies development skills
