Location: This position is a local position reporting to the North Las Vegas facility and may require periodic trips to the NNSS for project walkdowns and/ or stakeholder meeting.

JOB SUMMARY
Develop functional and operational requirements for Functional and Operational Requirements Documents as well as supporting documentation: program/task breakdowns, project/component breakdown, program package (site layouts, floor plans, pre-conceptual designs) for infrastructure, utility, and building projects

Requirements/QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
Principal I- 10 years of experience, B.S. degree, Training/Certification Level 1,2

Principal II- 13 years of experience, B.S. degree, Training/Certification Level 1,2

Principal III- 16 years of experience, B.S. degree, Training/Certification Level 1,2

Principal IV- 20 years of experience, B.S. degree, Training/Certification Level 1,2

Education/Experience Substitutions:
1. Certification � A Professional Engineer�s License will substitute for 4 years� experience; An industry certification such as PMP will substitute for 3 years of experience.
2. Education � An advanced degree will substitute for 3 years� experience; 5 or more years� relevant experience will substitute for an advanced degree.
