Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze new or revised subject material for effective training development.
- Design comprehensive job performance measures (JPMs), establish ideal settings, sequence objectives, and pinpoint test items tailored from these goals.
- Develop engaging lessons suited for both classroom environments and laboratory applications including JPM evaluations along with theoretical questions.
- Ensure preparedness by managing instructional facilities/resources that enhance learning outcomes efficiently during implementation phases of developed trainings.
Instructors will also be instrumental in promoting industrial safety through:
* Modeling management expectations; focusing extensively on student engagement across classrooms/labs to foster enhanced understanding around safe practices,
Standards Handbook guidelines effectively applying human performance tools coupled with coaching techniques aimed at reinforcing desirable safety behaviors.
Additionally contributing organizational effectiveness involves
- Facilitating active employee participation throughout the educational process ensuring every aspect reflects superior standards akin those expected elsewhere within managerial roles.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
* Minimum five years' experience either operating within or as part of operations teams handling tasks directly related specifically toward operational duties at any nuclear plant facility.
Desired Credentials Include:
-An SRO Certificate/RO License previously obtained/currently held,
-INPO instructor certification preferred where applicable indicating specialization areas closely aligned alongside adult-oriented teaching methodologies emphasized upon sufficiently detailed curriculum developments handled previously,
-Basic knowledge spanning varied computerized systems like SAP plus Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint essentials necessary when processing data accurately besides maintaining records systematically over time.
